Ford leads West to All-American victory

League City youth quarterback Jared Ford recently led the 9, 10 and 11-year old West team to an 18-0 victory over the East in the Offense-Defense Youth All-America Bowl at Doug Shaw Stadium in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
After leading his League City Cowboys Senior Retro Team to a Super Bowl championship in November, Ford was selected out of thousands to join dozens of his peers in an East-West clash.
The 11-year old Ford was able to get the West team its first victory in the All-American bowl series since its inception in 2007.
