University of Houston-Clear Lake adds organizational psychology master's

The University of Houston-Clear Lake has added the master of arts in industrial/organizational psychology to its degree roster, following approval from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board late last year.

With the addition of the new program, the total of master's degree programs the school offers is now at 45. The degree will help local industry have access to a potential productive workforce.

The degree program includes core course requirements such as personal psychology, change and organizational development, occupational health psychology and performance appraisal. To complete the degree, students must either complete a graduate internship, master's project or master's thesis.
