Reconstruction will occur on Blackhawk Boulevard from Friendswood Link Road to Thursa Lane, on Wandering Trail from Kingsmill Road to Geneva Drive, and on Oak Vista from Magnolia Street to East Spreading Oaks.
Those who attend the groundbreaking ceremony are asked to park along Blackhawk Boulevard, south of El Dorado. For more information, contact the City of Friendswood at 281-996-3250.
