League City Police Department blotter, Feb. 16
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Feb. 15 and the early hours of Feb. 16:
BURGLARY
Feb. 15, 6:30 a.m.: A man reported an unknown person used a paper clip in an attempt to pick the lock on a vehicle parked in the 2900 block of Golden Cape Drive.
Feb. 15, 9 a.m.: A man reported items as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 800 block of Rock Harbor Lane.
DRUGS
Feb. 15, 9:54 p.m.: Clinton Henry, 23, was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession in the 500 block of East Main Street.
Feb. 16, 7:46 a.m.: Michael Kelly, 57, and Joseph Zinnecker, 22, were arrested on charges of marijuana possession in the 100 block of Highland Terrace Drive.
HARASSMENT
Feb. 15: A woman in the 2700 block of Costa Mesa Circle reported an unknown person continually calls her home but then refuses to speak. Police say the woman received calls on multiple occasions between Feb. 8 and Feb. 15.
THEFT
Feb. 15, 9:15 a.m.: A woman reported a tenant removed a waster and dryer without permission when vacating a rental property in the 2300 block of Hampton Road.
Feb. 15, 1:45 p.m.: Israel Lecea, 28, and Keisha Lecea, 29, were arrested on theft charges and outstanding warrants in the 3100 block of South Gulf Freeway.
