PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Feb. 15, 12:15 a.m.: Jerry Webb, 32, was charged with public intoxication in the 3600 block of West Main Street.

THEFT
Feb. 15, 1:45 p.m.: Israel Lecea, 28, and Keisha Lecea, 29, were charged with theft of property with a value greater than $500 and less than $1,500 in the 3100 block of South Gulf Freeway. He was served three warrants from other jurisdictions and she was served an additional warrant from another jurisdiction.
