League City Police Department blotter, Feb. 19

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents from Feb. 15 through the early morning hours of Feb. 18:

EVADING ARREST
Feb. 16, 11:43 p.m.: Joel Lucas, 18, was charged with evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction in the 800 block of Dixie Drive.

DRUGS
Feb. 16, 7:46 a.m.: Michael Kelly, 57, and Joseph Zinnecker, 22, were charged with possession of marijuana in the 100 block of Highland Terrace Drive.

Feb. 16, 10:25 p.m.: Jerry Leija, 48, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2 in the 2200 block of East Main Street.

Feb. 17, 7:27 a.m.: A 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of marijuana and failure to identify in the 3500 block of Delesandri Lane.
 
PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Feb. 17, 12:57 a.m.: Carlos Hernandez, 35, was charged with public intoxication in the 900 block of West FM 517.
