Friendswood High School Business Professionals of America advance to state
The Friendswood High School chapter of Business Professionals of America brought home 31 awards at the regional competition on Jan. 28 at Dobie High School, located at 10220 Blackhawk Blvd in Houston.
First-place honors were given to Kayla Taylor, Brittany Cumming, Madison Bowen, Shanika Silva and the teams in the Web Site Design, Video Production and Parliamentarian categories.
With the win, the group advances to the state competition Feb. 29-March 3 in Dallas.
