College of the Mainland Concert Band seeks musicians

The College of the Mainland Concert Band is inviting students, faculty and the public to join its band.

The group rehearses from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Mondays in the Fine Arts Building of the college, located at 1200 Amburn Road.

The group is led by professor Sparky Koerner and performs a variety of musical styles, including show tunes, standard concert literature and some marches. A basic music reading ability is required to join.
