League City Police Department blotter, Feb. 11

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Friday, Feb. 10 and the early hours of Saturday, Feb. 11:

BURGLARY
Feb. 10, 8:30 a.m.: A man reported cash as stolen from a business in the 200 block of South SH 3. Police say an unknown person entered through an unsecured rear door and then broke through the wall of a neighboring business to gain access.

Feb. 10, 6:30 p.m.: A man reported electronic devices as stolen from a yacht in the 2500 block of South Shore Boulevard.

Feb. 10, 1 p.m.: A woman reported a burglary of her home in the 2600 block of Quivira Trace. Police say the deadbolt on the front door was pried open to gain access.

Feb. 11, 12 a.m.: A man reported a handgun as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 200 block of Sunset Ridge Drive.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Feb. 11, 12:52 a.m.: Cody Gunter, 21, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container in the 6100 block of West FM 517.

Feb. 11, 3:01 a.m.: Anthony Younger, 37, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1200 block of South Gulf Freeway.

FRAUD
Feb. 10: A man in the 4400 block of Cadiz Court reported an unknown person used his personal information without permission to make fraudulent purchases.

Feb. 10, 12:40 p.m.: A man in the 1700 block of West FM 646 reported an unknown person used his name and driver’s license number without permission to make fraudulent purchases.

Feb. 10: A woman in the 4600 block of Oakmont Court reported an unknown person used her personal information on fake checks to buy groceries at Walmart in Cypress on Jan. 24.

THEFT
Feb. 10, 2:32 p.m.: Rey Villarreal, 39, was arrested on a theft charge in the 200 block of South Gulf Freeway.

Feb. 10, 4:43 p.m.: Two 17-year-old females were arrested on theft charges in the 2800 block of South Gulf Freeway.
