Texas Exes to hold Texas Independence Day celebration
The Bay Area Texas Exes will hold a Texas Independence Day Celebration on March 2 at the Butler Longhorn Museum, 1220 Coryell St., League City. The event runs from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
The night includes a silent auction, admission to the museum, hors d'oeuvres and drinks. The premier item up for bid is a football signed by Texas head football coach Mack Brown.
The cost is $35. Proceeds will go to scholarships for students.
