Bayside Intermediate PLTW receives national recognition

Project Lead the Way Gateway to Technology Program at Bayside Intermediate School has received national recognition for successful demonstration of the commitment to quality standards.

Project Lead the Way is a provider of science, technology, engineering and math education.

All teachers who lead the program must complete a two-week professional development class first.

According to the press release, Principal Jamey Majewsky said of teacher Terry Conaway: "She has done a great job with this program and with our students. I applaud her hard work and our CCISD Career and Technical Education Department for their support. It was a team effort."
