TCHS Interact Club to hold first ever Battle of the Bands

The Texas City High School Interact Club has sent out a call to amateur bands interested in competing in its first ever Battle of the Bands contest, to be held March 31.

The contest, held at the Rotary Pavilion, will raise funds to support Mainland Crime Stoppers.

To qualify, at least one member of the band must be a student in the Texas City Independent School District. To enter, pick up a registration form at TCHS, located at 1431 Ninth Ave. N. and return it by Feb. 29 with a demo tape or CD and the $10 registration fee.
