League City Police Department blotter, Feb. 5

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Feb. 2 and Feb. 4:

BURGLARY
Feb. 2: A woman reported the passenger-side window was smashed and her purse stolen from her vehicle between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of West Main Street.  

Feb. 3: A man reported his vehicle was broken into between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday while it was parked in his driveway in the 200 block of Meadowhill Lane.

Feb. 3: A man reported his residence in the 1300 block of Willow Branch Drive was broken into between 7:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. Friday. A back-door window was broken to gain entry.

Feb. 3: Homeowners in the 2400 block of Royal Palm Court reported their house was broken into between 9:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday. The master bedroom was ransacked and the victims' jewelry was stolen.

Feb. 4: A man in the 500 block of Birdsong Lane reported an unknown person attempted to pry open the door of his vehicle between 8 p.m. Friday and 8:15 a.m. Saturday.

Feb. 4: A man in the 900 block of North Egret Bay Boulevard reported a black male, 25-30 years old, broke into his vehicle between 1 p.m. and 1:20 p.m. Saturday. The alleged burglar fled in a silver Oldsmobile with chrome Tri-Star rims. The suspect was described as 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 with short black hair.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Feb. 2: A man in the 1700 block of FM 528 reported an unknown person vandalized his vehicle between midnight and 9:53 a.m. Friday.

Feb. 2: A woman reported someone damaged her vehicle's exterior with a key between midnight Jan. 29 and noon Friday, while it was parked in an apartment complex in the 1400 block of the League City Parkway.

Feb. 2, 3 p.m.: A woman reported someone deliberately struck her vehicle and fled before police arrived. The driver was described as a white male, 5-foot-10, weighing 165 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Feb. 3: A man reported the window on the back door of his residence in the 2100 block of Trailbrook Drive was shattered between 8 a.m. and 5:09 p.m.

Feb. 3: A business in the 2600 block of Marina Bay Drive was damaged between 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday when an unknown person clogged a sink on the second story of the building and turned on the water, flooding the entire facility.

IDENTITY THEFT
Feb. 3: A woman in the 100 block of Burgandy Lane reported an unknown person stole her identifying information to make unauthorized purchases on her store credit card between Dec. 31 and Jan. 25.

Feb. 2: A man in the 200 block of Drake Run Lane reported and unknown person made unauthorized purchases with his credit card information between midnight Jan. 31 and midnight Friday.
