League City Police Department blotter, Jan. 28

The League City Police Department reports the following incidents from Jan. 25 through the early morning hours of Jan. 28.

BURGLARY
Jan. 25: A man reported a GPS and two rods and reels were stolen between 11 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle at his residence in the 300 block of Vladimir Drive.

Jan. 25: A man reported an Eagle navigation system, trolling motor and anchor were stolen from his boat between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 10:45 a.m. Thursday, while it was parked at his residence in the 2100 block of Dublin Drive.
 
Jan. 27: A man reported someone stole the hood ornament from his 1989 Dodge Ram pickup truck between midnight Jan. 12 and 11 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of East League City Parkway.

Jan. 27: A man in the 2900 block of Calder Drive reported an unknown person broke the door hand lock off a storage building between 11 p.m. Thursday and 11:17 a.m. Friday. Nothing appeared to be missing from the shed.

IDENTITY THEFT
Jan. 25: A man in the 3200 block of Ashe Creek Drive reported someone used his name and address to open an account with TXU Energy sometime between noon Jan. 15, 2011 and midnight March 1.

Jan. 25: A man in the 2900 block of Silver Shore Lane reported accounts were opened using his Social Security number between May 29 and July 13.

Jan. 26: A man in the 500 block of Alabama Avenue reported three credit card accounts were opened in his name Dec. 10-15 without his knowledge or consent.

Jan. 27: A woman in the 2100 block of Castle Drive reported charges were made to her debit card without her consent between Dec. 12 and Jan. 24.
 
THEFT
Jan. 25: A landlord reported a tenant took several items from a residence in the 200 block of Clearwood Drive between noon Jan. 19 and noon Jan. 24 without consent.

Jan. 26, 3:30: A cab driver reported a woman did not pay her cab fare of $146.74 in the 700 block of Cedar Street.
