A man was arrested on a charge of theft ($50 to $500) on Jan. 26, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 39-year-old black male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 27 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in El Dorado.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .15 on Jan. 26, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 27 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. He resides in East Nasa Road.

A Houston man is facing misdemeanor and felony charges of retaliation and assault of a family member after being arrested on Jan. 27, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 38 years old, resides in Nasa Road. He was booked on Jan. 27.

A Houston man is facing a felony charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon after being arrested on Jan. 27, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 40 years old, resides in El Camino. He was booked on Jan. 28.

A Houston woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Jan. 27, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 39 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 28 and is facing a misdemeanor charge. She resides in Lake Lodge Drive.

A Friendswood man is facing a misdemeanor charge of theft after being arrested on Jan. 27, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19 years old, resides in Pilgrim Bend Drive. He was booked on Jan. 28.

A man was arrested on a charge of trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on Jan. 28, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 46-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 28 and is facing a misdemeanor charge.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of violating a promise to appear, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding and two counts of failure to appear, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 19-year-old black male lives in Sagewillow Lane in Houston.
