Friendswood police took four people into custody earlier this month following an investigation into illegal drug sales in the Sagemont subdivision in Houston.
Layton Jamal Coulter, 23, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Coulter was being held at the Harris County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail on the current charges and without bail on a parole revocation charge.
Robert Griego Jimenez, 24, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin). He was being held at the Harris County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
Tia Amelia Stone, 19, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Stone, who was on probation, was being held without bail at the Harris County Jail.
Seamus Bernard Lamb, 22, of Heritage Park, was charged with possession of marijuana. Lamb was being held at the Harris County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
The four were arrested after police executed a search warrant at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 19 at a home in the 11000 block of Sageview Drive. That search found two vials containing liquid heroin, marijuana, two boxes of narcotic paraphernalia and syringes, as well as a semi-automatic pistol and ammunition.
The day before the Sagemont arrests, police had arrested another suspect. Isaac Christopher Dominguez, 25, of League City, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (heroin). According to police, Dominguez was allegedly found with 7 grams of heroin during a traffic stop at 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 18 in the 3300 block of FM 528. Dominguez was being held in the Harris County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
