Crazy Krewe fun run and walk to take place over NASA bypass
The Bay Area Alliance for Youth and Families will hold a Crazy Krewe fun run and walk at 8 a.m. on Feb. 11 at the Clear View Education Center, 400 S. Walnut.
Everyone is invited to take part in the 7K run or 2K walk. The event will have a Mardi Gras theme and will encourage participants to live healthier lifestyles.
Various vendors and events will be at the Jackson Square Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. after the event. Anyone interested in a vendor booth can call 281-284-0370.
The Bay Area Alliance has been a part of the community for eight years. It aims to raise awareness of drugs and alcohol among youths.
