Friendswood Dennys blamed for deadly fall
An estate is suing over claims an unsafe environment at the Friendswood Denny’s caused the eventual death of a loved one.
Jesse Flores, on behalf of the deceased Alma Flores, filed a lawsuit on Jan. 13 in Harris County District Court against Denny’s Inc., citing negligence.
The plaintiff says on July 10, 2011, Alma Flores fell at Denny’s, located at 19212 Gulf Freeway in Friendswood. According to the brief, Flores died shortly thereafter, on Aug. 18, 2011, of complications related to the fall.
Flores is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by League City attorney Kelly Forester.
