League City Police Department blotter, Jan. 7

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Jan. 6 and the early hours of Jan. 7:

ASSAULT
Jan. 6, 8:26 p.m.: A man reported he was shot by a metal pellet in the arm as he was driving north in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway. Police say the pellet was reportedly fired from a gray Pontiac.

BURGLARY
Jan. 6, 8 a.m.: A woman reported items in a glove box as damaged during the burglary of a locked vehicle parked in the 500 block of Ivory Stone Lane.

Jan. 6, 9 a.m.: A man reported a Dell laptop computer as stolen from a vehicle parked in the 2900 block of Laguna Shores Lane. Police say the computer was later recovered in the area.

DRUGS
Jan. 7, 12:45 a.m.: Catherine Weishuhn, 18, was arrested on charges of marijuana possession and possession of deceptive driver’s license or identification in the 100 block of Brookport Drive. Whitney Rodriguez-Spinn, 18, was arrested on a charge of possession of deceptive driver’s license of identification.

Jan. 7, 1:40 a.m.: Christopher Shouse, 18, was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession in the 2000 block of Hobbs Road.

Jan. 7, 6:03 a.m.: Peter Davy, 33, was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession at a home in the 3000 block of Keva Glen Drive. Police say Davy also faces charges of assault–family violence because of an incident at the house.

THEFT
Jan. 6, 8:25 p.m.: A woman reported a 2008 Panda dirt bike as stolen from a home in the 300 block of South Gulf Freeway.
