League City Police Department blotter, Jan. 5

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Jan. 4 and the early hours of Jan. 5:

BURGLARY
Jan. 4, 7:30 p.m.: A man reported a Dynex television, gold ring and Smith & Wesson handgun as stolen from a home in the 1700 block of FM 528. Police said there was evidence of forced entry.

HARBORING A RUNAWAY
Jan. 4, 9:31 a.m.: Amanda Newsome, 32, was arrested on a charge of harboring a runaway in the 500 block of Green Cedar Drive.

HIT AND RUN
Jan. 4, 5:33 p.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 1000 block of South Egret Bay Boulevard. The driver of a gray two-door pickup truck reportedly hit another vehicle and then fled the area.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Jan. 4, 10:20 a.m.: Ty Brittain, 27, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2800 block of East League City Parkway.

ROBBERY
Jan. 4, 4:59 p.m.: Joseph Day, 39, was arrested on charges of strong arm robbery and organized criminal activity in the 3100 block of South Gulf Freeway.  Police said they are still looking for two other suspects: a black female, 5 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds, and a black male about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds.

THEFT
Jan. 4, 12:13 p.m.: Alexander Soto, 19, was arrested on a charge of theft of a bicycle in the 100 block of West Walker Street.

Jan. 5, 1 a.m.: Ossi Test, 62, was arrested on a charge of theft of property in the 100 block of West Walker Street.
