Presentation on stress management to be held at Freeman Branch Library
The Freeman Branch Library will host a presentation on stress on Friday, Jan. 20.
Dr. Karina Garza from Total Body Works will speak on stress and then answer general questions from the audience.
The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be held in the community room of the library, located at 16616 Diana Lane in Houston.
