Texas City High students compete in Future Educators conference
Students from Texas City High School’s Ready, Set, TEACH! program recently competed at the Texas Association of Future Educators Regional Conference.
This is the first year TCHS students were able to compete in the Educational Leadership Fundamentals area of the conference.
Destiny Anderson and Kayla Walker won gold medals; Cassandra Gaylord and Jordon Hansley won silver medals; and Tedra Garza won a bronze medal.
Gold and silver medalists will advance to the state competition in San Antonio in February.
