Where are the lowest gas prices in Clear Lake?

The average gas price for Clear Lake has decreased by about 18 cents from last week's average, data from Gasbuddy.com shows.

Users of the price-tracking website recently reported the rates for 77 gas stations in and around Clear Lake, Dickinson, Friendswood, Kemah, League City, Nassau Bay and Webster. Based on these rates, the average gas price for the Clear Lake area was $3.098 per gallon, as of Nov. 26. Gasbuddy.com listed that the Texas average was $3.091, Houston was $3.096, and the United States was $3.331.

Last week's average for the Clear Lake area was $3.281 per gallon.

Murphy USA at 155 FM-518 and SH-146 in Kemah, and Conoco at 2908 Dickinson Ave. and 30th Street E in Dickinson, were charged the lowest gas price in the Clear Lake area. Both of these stations sold a gallon of regular unleaded gas for $2.98.

The highest gas rate in the area was $3.43 per gallon of regular unleaded gas. The station that was charging this rate was the Shell located at 1910 NASA Parkway and Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay.
