Friendswood's 'Santa in the Park' set for Dec. 10
The City of Friendswood and Keep Friendswood Beautiful will host the fourth annual “Santa in the Park” on Saturday, Dec. 10.
People are invited to take photos with Santa Claus, watch the lighted parade traveling down Friendswood Drive and enjoy a live holiday band. A free snow hill, train and hayrides will also be offered, along with other outdoor activities and local performers.
The Friendswood Police Department is encouraging participants to bring a new unwrapped toy for the Blue Santa program.
The event will begin at 3 p.m. and will be held at Stevenson Park, located at 1100 S. Friendswood Drive in Friendswood.
