Highland Manor Has Openings in Community

Highland Manor Senior Living, a newly built community, is finishing their Lease Up by offering two two-bedroom apartments for $670 per month, with income restrictions that apply. December rent is free if the applicants lease and move into the unit by November 30th. They also have one-bedroom apartments available for $540 per month. Children are not allowed to live on site but can be supervised visitors. Pets under 20 pounds are welcome.

This is luxury living at an affordable price! Each unit has granite countertops and is hypoallergenic with the wood floors. The kitchens are filled with Energy Star appliances for the eco-conscious and for the exercise fanatics, Highland Manor has a Fitness Center and a sparkling swimming pool. All the units have washer-dryer connections, garden bathtubs and walk-in showers. There is an option for a garage lease, but not all the units have one. The complex has three elevators for convenience and is populated with trash shoots for easier hauling. The developers of Highland Manor have taken care to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for seniors with low income.

Highland Manor has planned activates to keep the seniors active and social and a courtyard, fitness center, swimming pool and business center with a computer room with internet access for individual pursuits. “Due to the fact that we have four levels of rent based on income, we are able to provide luxury living for a range of seniors with varying incomes.”
