League City Police Department blotter, Nov. 18

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Nov. 17 and the early morning hours of Nov. 18:

BURGLARY
Nov. 17: A man reported a known person broke into a vehicle parked in the 3800 block of East FM 518.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Nov. 18, 1:54 a.m.: Javier Rodriguez, 21, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a BAC above .15 in the 300 block of Enterprise Avenue.

Nov. 18, 2:35 a.m.: William Rocha, 29, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1600 block of South SH 3. Passenger Paul May, 32, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

DRUGS
Nov. 18, 1:07 a.m.: Terry Waddell, 56, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 2400 block of South Gulf Freeway.

THEFT
Nov. 17, 3:15 p.m.: A woman reported an attempted theft at a grocery store in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway. Police say a female attempted to steal $90 from another female in the check-out line. The suspect is described as a white female, 54 to 56 years old, between 5-feet 1-inch and 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighing 110 and 120 pounds. She was reportedly wearing black medical scrubs and a grey jacket at the time of the attempted theft.

Nov. 17, 7:07 p.m.: Jennifer Scruggs, 33, was arrested on a theft charge in the 2800 block of South Gulf Freeway.
