League City Police Department blotter, Nov. 17

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Nov. 16 and the early morning hours of Nov. 17:

ARSON
Nov. 16, 4:41 p.m.: Rickie Patterson, 21, was arrested on a charge of arson of a vehicle in the 400 block of Oaklawn Street.

BURGLARY
Nov. 16, 6:20 a.m.: A man reported a burglary to a vehicle in the 3800 block of East FM 518.

DRUGS
Nov. 17, 3:11 a.m.: Cassy Myers, 30, and William Ketterman, 27, were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2800 block of West FM 646. Ketterman was also arrested on a traffic violation and two outstanding warrants.  

HIT AND RUN
Nov. 16, 12 p.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 2300 block of West Marina Bay Drive. An unknown driver reportedly hit the rear bumper of a Ford Mustang and then fled the area.

Nov. 16, 6 p.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the parking lot of Walmart, 1701 West FM 646. An unknown driver reportedly hit her parked vehicle and then fled the area.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Nov. 16, 9:42 p.m.: Darrell Hutto, 46, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. Police say he brandished a shotgun while threatening suicide at The Wharf, 2344 Crows Nest Drive.
