Where are the lowest gas prices in Clear Lake?

Gas prices in and around the Clear Lake area have decreased by a few cents, data from gasbuddy.com show.

Users of the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com have recently reported the rates for 86 gas stations in and around Clear Lake, Dickinson, Friendswood, Kemah, League City, Nassau Bay and Webster. Based upon these rates, the average gas price for the Clear Lake area was $3.281 per gallon, as of Nov. 17. Gasbuddy.com listed that the Texas average was $3.189, Houston average wa  $3.180 and the United States average was $3.399.

Last week's average for the Clear Lake area was $3.208 per gallon.

The cheapest gas station in the area was Smart Stop at 5103 FM-2351 and Blackhawk Boulevard in Friendswood. According to the data, this gas station sold a gallon of regular unleaded gas at $3.04.

The most expensive gas rate in the Clear Lake area was reported to be $3.49 per gallon of regular unleaded gas. The station that was offering at this price was Shell at 1690 W. Main St. and IH-45 in League City. This station also offered the highest gas rate in the area last week.
