League City Police Department blotter, Nov. 14

League City Police Department reported the following incidents between Nov. 11 and the early morning hours of Nov. 14:

BURGLARY
Nov. 11, 11:13 a.m.: A man reported property as stolen from a vehicle parked at the YMCA, 1700 W. League City Pkwy. The driver’s door lock was reportedly broken to gain access.

Nov. 11, 7 p.m.: A man reported a set of keys as stolen from him while he was playing basketball at the YMCA, 1700 W. League City Pkwy.

Nov. 12, 3 p.m.:  A man reported an unknown person forced entry into his home in the 4400 block of Waverly Canyon Road. Police say the door jamb was pried open to gain access sometime between Oct. 25 and Nov 11. No property was reported as stolen.

Nov. 13, 2:48 a.m.: A man reported an unknown person entered two unlocked vehicle parked outside a home in the 300 block of Empress Lane. No property was reported as stolen.

Nov. 13, 7:30 a.m.: A man reported a wallet and tools as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked outside a home in the 2800 Block of East League City Parkway.

Nov. 13, 8 a.m.: A man reported a laptop computer as stolen from an unlocked home in the 2200 block of Pontchartrain Court. Police say the man’s family was asleep inside the house during the alleged burglary.

Nov. 13, 8:05 a.m.: A woman reported items as stolen from several unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway of a home in the 2000 block of La Salle Lane.

Nov. 13, 9:52 a.m.: A man reported items as stolen from an unlocked Ford truck parked in the driveway of a home in the 2000 block of La Salle Lane.

Nov. 13, 7:15 p.m.: A man and woman reported items as stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked outside a home in the 3800 block of East FM 518.  

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Nov. 12, 1:45 a.m.: A woman reported a known person damaged windows and an outdoor patio during a disturbance at a home in the 3000 block of Keva Glen Drive.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Nov. 13: 2:46 a.m.: Samuel Perez, 52, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense in the 1600 block of West Main Street.

Nov. 13, 8:52 a.m.: Ryland Vanhorne, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense in the 29000 block of Calder Drive.

Nov. 14, 12:30 a.m.: William Landriault, 39, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1600 block of South SH 3.  

HIT AND RUN
Nov. 11, 8:30 p.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash as he was backing out of a driveway in the 200 block of Sutherland Lane. An unknown driver reportedly hit the man’s vehicle and then fled the area. The runaway driver is described as a white female, 5-feet 1-inch tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Nov. 12, 2:45 p.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 2100 block of Castle Drive. An unknown driver reportedly hit the man’s parked vehicle and then fled the area.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Nov. 13, 1:24 a.m.: Carlos Garcia, 31, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 1200 block of South Gulf Freeway.

Nov. 14, 1:02 a.m.: Andreas Nevins, 29, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass in the 2600 block of West Marina Bay Drive.

ROBBERY
Nov. 12, 9:05 p.m.: The owner of a business in the 1800 block of West Main Street reported he was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect is described as a white male, 45 to 55 years old, between 5-feet 8-inches and 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighing 250 to 270 pounds.
