Where are the lowest gas prices in Clear Lake?

The average gas for the Clear Lake area has slightly increased, though it still remained lower compared to the averages for Texas, metropolitan area and the country as a whole.

Users of the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com have recently reported the rates for 82 gas stations in and around Clear Lake, Dickinson, Friendswood, Kemah, League City, Nassau Bay and Webster. Based from these rates, the average gas price for the Clear Lake area was $3.208 per gallon, as of Nov. 9. Gasbuddy.com listed that the Texas average was at $3.225, Houston average was at $3.216, and the United States average was at $3.448.

Last week's average for the Clear Lake area was $3.204 per gallon.

The lowest gas price in the Clear Lake area was $3.09 per gallon of regular unleaded gas. The station offering this rate was Chevron at 1651 FM-528 and Friendswood Lakes Boulevard in Friendswood.

The highest gas rate in the area was reported at $3.49 per gallon of regular unleaded gas. According to the data, two gas stations in the Clear Lake area were offering at this price. These local gas stations were Shell at 1910 NASA Parkway and Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay and Shell at 1690 W. Main St. and IH-45 in League City. Shell at 1910 NASA Parkway and Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay has been offering the most expensive gas rate in the area for four consecutive weeks.
