HS girls basketball preview: Clear Lake vs. Kempner
Clear Lake and Kempner will battle in girls high school basketball action on Friday.
Clear Lake is 1-0 on the season, defeating Lufkin 52-32 on Tuesday.
Torie Sutherland scored 12 points in the opening-day victory.
Clear Lake will next visit Humble on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m.
Kempner is 0-1 on the season, losing 49-34 to Stratford on Tuesday.
Kiana Ingram scored 18 points in the opening game.
Kempner will next host Manvel on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m.
Friday's tip-off is slated for 6 p.m.
