Clear Lake Baptist Church to hold Operation Christmas Child gift event

Clear Lake Baptist Church will collect donations for its Operation Christmas Child drive, from 10:15 a.m. to noon on Nov. 13 at the church, located at 15700 Space Center Blvd. in Houston.

A mission tree is at the church and gift lists for children can be chosen off the tree. To participate, select a shoebox item list from the tree, purchase the items, remove the items from their packaging and place them in the shoebox. Wrap the lid and box, tape a tag onto the box and secure with a thick rubber band. Do not include liquids or anything that will melt.
