Big match from Clear Brook alumnus not enough in Oklahoma volleyball loss

Suzy Boulavsky played all three sets in the University of Oklahoma's three-game loss at the hand of the University of Missouri in women's volleyball action on Saturday.

The senior registered 16 kills, three blocks and three spikes in 31 attack attempts.

A 2007 graduate of Clear Brook High School, Boulavsky earned all-state and all-district honors as a senior. She also played for the Texas Tornadoes club team from 2004 to 2006 and the AVA 18 Asics in 2007.

Boulavsky was named an All-Central Region honorable mention selection by the American Volleyball Coaches Association in 2010 and 2009, and was named to the ESPN College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-America third team in 2010.
