Clear Lake resident sued over alleged dog attack
A Clear Lake resident is being sued over claims his two dogs attacked and injured a 9-year-old boy.
Michael Barrett, on behalf of his son, filed a lawsuit on Oct. 19 in Harris County District Court against Clear Lake resident Charles Reed, citing negligence.
Barrett says on April 6 his son sustained injuries when Reed’s dogs attacked him while he was visiting Reed’s Clear Lake home.
Barrett is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by League City attorney Scott Krist.
