Seabrook man charged with third DWI

A Seabrook man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Saturday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County District Court.

Joaquin Salazar, 30, of Seabrook, has been charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.

Salazar has been released on a $10,000 bond, according to online court documents.

He was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Harris County in January 2003 and in Travis County in August 2002.
