HS Football: Dawson defeats Clear Springs
Dawson defeated Clear Springs 34-14 in high school football action Friday.
The win ups Dawson to 1-0 on the season.
Quarterback Garry Kimble went 17-23, passing for 235 yards and two touchdowns. James White rushed for 126 yards.
Dawson will next visit Oak Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
The Chargers fell to 0-1 on the season after the Dawson defense held them to negative yardage on the ground, with their running backs recording -11 yards.
Clear Springs will next host Bryan at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
