HS Football Preview: Deer Park vs. Dickinson

Dickinson hosts Deer Park in high school football action tonight.

The Gators went 6-6 overall last season and 4-3 in district action.   Head Coach Warren Trahan will have a dynamic offense with quarterback Charles Barkman and running back Tyrell Preston leading the way.   Following the Deer Park game, the Gators will visit Texas City next Friday at 7 p.m.   The Deer were 7-4 overall last season and 3-2 in district play.   Head Coach Chris Massey has 29 letterman returning, and the best of the bunch could be running back Demetrius Banks.   After the Dickinson contest, Deer Park will host Aldine next Saturday at 7 p.m.   Dickinson and Deer Park are set to kick off at 7 p.m. tonight.
