HS Football Preview: Clear Brook visits Lamar
Clear Brook visits Lamar in high school football action Friday.
The Wolverines went 5-5 overall last season and 3-4 in district play.
Head Coach Paul Lanier hopes his squad has enough depth to break through and make the playoffs this year.
After playing Lamar, the Wolverines will visit Conroe next Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Moorhead Stadium.
Lamar won the 20-5A district title last season, as they went 9-2 overall and 7-0 in district play.
Head Coach Tom Nolen will look to defensive end Chima Uzowihe for leadership and excellence on the playing field.
Following the Clear Brook clash, the Redskins will visit Elkins next Friday at 7 p.m. in Mercer Stadium.
Lamar and Clear Brook are set to kick off Friday at 7 p.m. in Delmar Stadium.
