Clear Brook High grad completes Air Force basic training
Air Force Airman Emanuel R. Atwater recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Atwater, a 2006 graduate from Clear Brook High School, completed an intensive eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force.
Atwater is the son of Virginia Atwater of New Cedars Drive in Houston.
