Crime Stoppers and Webster Police Department investigators are asking for help in identifying the suspect in an Aug. 4 aggravated robbery that reportedly took place in the 900 block of E. Nasa Parkway.

Crime Stoppers issued a news release today asking the community for help in identifying and locating a suspect, described as a white male in his early 20s between 5 feet, 11 inches and 6 feet tall with short blond hair and full sleeve tattoos on both arms, in the Aug. 4 incident

According to the news release, the suspect demanded the victim’s purse while brandishing a black handgun, but the victim refused to hand it over and, instead, screamed for help, which caused the suspect to flee the scene in a maroon SUV.

Crime Stoppers states that tipsters remain anonymous and may be paid up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
