League City Police Department blotter, Aug. 8
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents Aug. 7 through the early hours of Aug. 8:
Aug. 8, 6 a.m.: A woman reported a change purse and cigarettes as stolen from a home in the 600 block of Hobbs Road. The suspect reportedly entered the house through an unlocked patio door.
Aug. 7, 10:15 pm.: A woman reported eggs were thrown onto a car parked in the 100 block of Glade Bridge Court.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Aug. 8, 3:10 a.m.: Dawn Vasquez, 36, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1500 block of West FM 646.
Aug. 7, 11:53 p.m.: Christmas Hall, 26, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 2800 block of East FM 518.
Aug. 7, 4 p.m.: A man living in the 2300 block of Meadows Boulevard reported an unknown person used his personal identifying information without permission.
INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION
Aug. 7, 9:09 p.m.: Keith Hoye, 42, was arrested on a charge of interference with emergency telephone call in the 2600 block of Concord Circle. He is accused of preventing his wife from calling for help during an altercation.
Aug. 7, 1:29 p.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 3000 block of Interstate 45 South. Police say a known driver hit another vehicle and then fled the area.
Aug. 8, 7:30 a.m.: A 17-year-old male was reported as missing in the 400 block of Constellation Boulevard.
Aug. 7, 8 p.m.: Jennifer Matwijiw, 41, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2400 block of Marina Bay Drive.
Aug. 7, 7:30 a.m.: A woman reported two tires and rim as stolen from a pick-up truck parked in the driveway of a home in the 2100 block of Hollow Reef Circle.
Aug. 7, 4:40 p.m.: A man reported a black electric scooter as stolen from the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Crystal Reef Drive. The suspect is described as a white female juvenile wearing a purple shirt, pink shorts and a white helmet.
