League City Police blotter, Aug. 12
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents Aug. 9 through Aug. 12:
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Aug. 9: A resident reported a broken garage door lock and damaged garage door opener at a home in the 500 block of Magnolia Bend.
Aug. 11: Police responded after an individual’s car in the 500 block of Davis Road had been egged, written on with permanent marker and soiled with food.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Aug. 10, 2:04 a.m.: Rolando Rodriguez, 25, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Aug. 10, 7:48 p.m.: Eric Bernard, 30, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 4000 block of West Main and Bay Area Boulevard.
THEFT
Aug. 9: A vacuum was reported as stolen from a residence in the 2000 block of Potomac Drive.
Aug. 9: A wallet was reported as stolen from a residence in the 600 block of Hobbs Road.
Aug. 9: Cigarettes, a GPS unit and loose change were reported as stolen from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Hobbs Road.
Aug. 10: An individual reported license plates as stolen from a truck parked in the 2500 block of South Gulf Freeway.
Aug. 10: A barbecue pit was reported as stolen from the side of a house in the 300 block of East Wilkins Street.
Aug. 10: Checks were reportedly stolen from an apartment leasing office drop box located in the 3000 block of West Marina Day Drive.
Aug. 10, 4:02 p.m.: April Worthy, 39, was arrested on a charge of theft.
Aug. 11, 7:36 p.m.: Laura Nesmith, 32, was arrested on a charge of theft in the 2000 block of South Gulf Freeway.
Aug. 11, 8:12 p.m.: Jesus Cervantes, 33, was arrested on a charge of theft in the 1700 block of West FM 646.
