League City Police blotter, July 26

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents July 25 through the early hours of July 26:

BURGLARY
July 25, 7 p.m.: A man reported a laptop computer as stolen from an apartment in the 1700 block of East League City Parkway.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
July 25, 7 a.m.: A man reported graffiti as written on a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 2900 block of Rising Tide Lane.

July 25, 7:10 a.m.: A man reported damage to a Chevrolet Silverado while parked at Walmart, 1701 W. FM 646.

July 25, 3 p.m.: A woman reported a wooden fence was kicked open and several doors were pried open at her home in the 1600 block of Enterprise Avenue.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
July 26, 12:39 a.m.: Maria Hernandez, 43, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 2300 block of SH 45.

HIT-AND-RUN
July 25, 11:57 a.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash that caused property damage in the 500 block of East Main Street. Police say a suspect has been identified.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
July 26, 12:44 a.m.: Ruben Rubio, 36, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2300 block of State Highway 45.

July 26, 3:05 a.m.: Albert Bernard, 38, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of South Egret Bay Boulevard.

THEFT
July 25: A woman reported a known person took jewelry, a GPS unit and radar detector from an apartment in the 400 block of Constellation Boulevard without permission on June 15.

July 25, 6:56 p.m.: Marissa Ontiveros, 19, was arrested on a charge of theft in the 2800 block of South Gulf Freeway.

TRESPASSING
July 25, 10:45 a.m.: Brandy Pool, 29, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass in the 2900 block of South Gulf Freeway.
