Blood needed at Cy-Fair, Humble, Pasadena, Clear Lake centers
Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center has announced that it will be open all weekend to maintain an adequate blood supply during the Fourth of July weekend.
Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is asking the community to donate blood during the holiday weekend. For convenience, several Neighborhood Donor Centers will be open on Monday, July 4.
The Center says that donating blood, which takes less than one hour, helps support Texas Gulf Coast region hospitals, which need blood donations for traumas, surgeries and premature babies.
Bill T. Teague, Champions, Clear Lake, Cy-Fair, Humble, Pasadena and Westchas Centers will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. July 4.
For more information about Neighborhood Donor Centers, visit www.giveblood.org or call 888-482-5663.
