League City Police Department blotter, June 20
The League City Police Department reported the following incidents June 19 through the early hours of June 20:
ASSAULT
June 19, 4:08 a.m.: Police say a 32-year-old man assaulted his wife and damaged the back door of a relative's home in the 2600 block of Warwick Drive.
June 19, 3:23 p.m.: Gary Rieffer, 23, was arrested on charges of assault - family violence and criminal mischief in the 2500 block of Saint Christopher Avenue. He is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and punching out screens of an enclosed porch.
BURGLARY
June 19, 7:30 a.m.: A man reported an iPod as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3000 block of Sweet Gum Bay Court.
June 19, 11 p.m.: A woman reported a Yamaha motorcycle, license plate TTR125LE, as stolen from an open, attached garage in the 100 block of Rocky Cove Lane.
June 20, midnight: A man reported a GPS unit and Aggie ring as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3200 block of Park Falls Lane.
June 20, 5 a.m.: A woman reported a Panasonic car stereo as stolen from a Toyota pick-up truck parked in the 900 block of West FM 517.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
June 20: A man reported the back doors as damaged on a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Enterprise Avenue.
HIT-AND-RUN
June 19, 10:30 a.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 600 block of Enterprise Avenue. An unknown driver of a white vehicle reportedly hit the man's parked car and then fled the area.
June 19, 9:40 a.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 1700 block of West FM 646. An unknown driver reportedly hit the woman's parked yellow Ford Mustang and then fled the area.
TERRORISTIC THREAT
June 19, 12:30 p.m.: A business owner in the 1200 block of East FM 518 reported a male threatened to blow up the store.
THEFT
June 19, 7:13 p.m.: Two 17-year-old males and a 17-year-old female were arrested on theft charges in the 1700 block of West FM 646.
June 19, 8 a.m.: A man reported a bicycle and trailer as stolen from a driveway in the 300 block of Lazy Hollow Drive.
June 19, 8 p.m.: A man reported a blue and silver mountain bike as stolen from the front yard of a home in the 1300 block of Strawberry Street.
