League City man charged with third DWI
A League City man with two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again Tuesday on the same charge, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in Harris County District Court.
Dana Martin Young, 51, of 2108 Yorktown Court, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
He is being held on a $10,000 bond at the Harris County Inmate Processing Center, 1201 Commerce St. His court date is scheduled for Thursday, according to online court records.
Young was convicted of DWI in Galveston County in June 2009 and in Harris County in October 2010.
