FHS classes of 1984, 1985 and 1986 plan reunion

The Friendswood High School 1984, 1985 and 1986 class reunion is currently in the works.

The July meeting of former classmates will take place Thursday, July 21, through Saturday, July 23. It will mark more than 25 years since their graduation from Friendswood High School.

“We can’t wait to reminisce about our school days together,” said Carrie Pyke Mendenhall, class of 1985, who is coordinating the event. “It’s going to be so much fun to remember all the pranks we shared and bring each other up to date on what has happened after we went our separate ways.”

The reunion will begin with a gathering at La Casita on July 21. On Friday, July 22, the group will meet at Birraporetti’s. And on July 23, there will be a family picnic at Stevenson Park and then an evening event at Moody Gardens in Galveston.

Organizers still have not been able to contact a number of classmates to invite them to the reunion.
