Seabrook man charged with boating while intoxicated
A Seabrook man was arrested Saturday on a misdemeanor charge of boating while intoxicated, according to a criminal complaint filed Sunday in Harris County Court.
Austin Stuart Dresner, 21, of 2727 NASA Road 1, Apt. 1407, was arrested by the Law Enforcement Division of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
Dresner has been released from jail on a $1,500 bond, according to online court records.
