League City Police Department blotter, June 10

The League City Police Department reported the following incidents June 9 through the early morning hours of June 10:
 
BURGLARY
June 9, 5 a.m.: A man reported a Smith and Wesson handgun and $150 in cash as stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 100 block of Arbor Springs Lane.

June 9, 8 a.m.: A woman reported a tow truck driver with Par Towing broke into her garage in the 2200 block of Castle Bay Drive to repossess a 2008 Dodge Avenger. The woman says the driver also removed a skill saw and power drill.

June 9, 8:46 a.m.: A woman reported a purse as stolen from her vehicle while she was pumping gas in the 1400 block of West Main Street.
    
June 9, 9:30 a.m.: Three women reported burglaries to three vehicles parked at a business in the 2700 block of South Gulf Freeway. Police say windows were broken on two of the vehicles to gain access.

June 9, 10:12 a.m.: A man reported items as stolen from a vehicle parked in front of a home in the 2800 block of Smokey Lake Lane.

June 9, 1:30 p.m.: A man reported prescription medication as stolen from an unlocked Toyota Matrix parked in the 200 block of South Gulf Freeway.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
June 9, 8:48 p.m.: Steven Brookover, 37, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1400 block of West Main Street.

FALSE REPORT
June 9, 1:22 a.m.: Kimberly Walker, 41, was arrested on a charge of making a false report to a peace officer or law enforcement employee in the 500 block of West Walker Street.

FRAUD
June 9, noon: A woman living in the 2700 block of Villa Bella Court reported her Social Security number was used by an unknown person to file a fraudulent tax return.

June 9, 1 p.m.: A man living in the 10 block of Waterford Oaks Lane reported an unknown person used his credit card information to make online purchases.

June 9: A man living in the 2600 block of Mesa Verde Drive reported his credit card information was used by an unknown person to make purchases.

HARASSMENT
June 9, 4:17 p.m.: A woman in the 2600 block of South Shore Boulevard reported a male is calling her while at work, repeatedly asking for a debt to be paid.

HIT-AND-RUN
June 9, 12:30 p.m.: A man reported a hit-and-run crash in the 100 block of Greenshire Drive. An unknown driver allegedly hit a parked Ford Mustang and then fled the area.

June 10, 2:20 a.m.: A woman reported a hit-and-run crash in the 2400 block of Interstate 45. She says she and another driver collided. The other driver allegedly fled the area immediately after the crash.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
June 9, 10:23 p.m.: Sheri Davidson, 39, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 2100 block South Gulf Freeway.
