Webster seeks contractor for two water projects
The City of Webster is accepting sealed bids until July 14 for two water projects, one on Kings Lynn Drive and the other under Egret Bay Boulevard (FM 270).
The two contracted projects are contained in the municipal Capital Improvements Plan.
Water Project No. 12 involves the replacement of about 1,700 feet of 6-inch water piping with 8-inch water piping on Kings Lynn Drive from White Hall Lane to Kings Gate Lane and an extension to south of Henderson Avenue.
Water Project N. 13 includes the installation of about 250 feet of 10-inch water line in bored encasement pipe underneath Egret Bay Boulevard.
Plans and specifications for the projects may be examined free of charge at City Hall, 101 Pennsylvania Ave., or downloaded from civcastusa.com.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 16, at 2 p.m. in City Hall.
